Does Washington Walz Back the Obama Budget?

More Spending, More Debt, Higher Taxes

Waseca - President Obama today submitted his 2013 budget to Congress, and it contains more of the same: more spending, more debt and more taxes. With Congressman Walz's history of supporting reckless budgets like this, congressional candidate Mike Parry today called on Walz to take a stand on this budget that will throw our country further into debt.

"With a price tag of nearly $4 trillion, including another $1.3 trillion in debt and over $1.5 trillion in new taxes, President Obama's latest budget proposal sounds like it is right up Congressman Walz's alley," said Mike Parry, candidate for Congress.  "Budgets like this helped create the mess we have in Washington today. It's time to put a stop to this madness by replacing Washington Walz with someone who will cut wasteful spending, slash deficits and pay down the national debt."
